Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can activate your trial by signing up and selecting the trial option. No credit card required during this trial period!

4 Can I integrate Leads CRM with other tools or platforms?
Leads CRM works seamlessly with Paraşüt, a popular pre-accounting software used by many businesses in Turkey. Designed with an integration-friendly architecture, Leads CRM aims to support various future integrations. 5 What pricing plans are available?

6 Is there a user limit or different pricing based on the number of users?
No, there is no limit to the number of users, and our pricing does not vary based on user count. You can add as many users as you need without any additional cost.
7 How can I change my subscription plan?
You can change your plan at any time in your account settings. Upgrades will be effective immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can update your account details by logging into your account and navigating to the settings page.
11 What is your data protection policy?
We prioritize data protection highly. Access to your data is granted only with your explicit authorization and consent, allowing our support team to assist you effectively. 12 Is it possible to import or export my data in the system?
Absolutely! You can easily import or export your data, including client and lead information, using our Excel templates. This feature allows for seamless data management within your workflow.
13 How can I permanently delete my data from the system?
You can permanently delete your data by clicking the “Delete All Data” button in the settings section. Please note that this action is irrevocable and once completed, your data will no longer be stored in our system.
14 What happens to my account when my subscription ends?
When your subscription ends, your account will enter a grace period. During this time, you can access your account and renew your subscription, but you will temporarily not have access to your data. Full operational capabilities will be restored once a new subscription is activated.
15 Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds will be provided only for technical issues, accidental purchases within 30 days, or billing errors as per our refund policy.
16 What happens to my data if I decide to cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you have the option to export your data and/or delete it permanently. If no action is taken, your account will enter a grace period during which you can still access your account and have the opportunity to renew your subscription.
